- Al Franken isn't running yet, but there are rumors that it will and is positioning himself to be able to.
Air America isn't bankrupt, but they aren't in good position. They don't have a widening audience. They aren't adding radio stations, but did lose their NY flagship station. Air America is inconsequential to the political landscape

- AirAmerica isn't bankrupt because it gets funding from the DNC, Soros, and other interest groups. Note that the big names in conservative talk don't need and never needed anything but the freemarket to get on the air and become popular.
