Ridiculous! The amount of tea it would take to discolor a body of water that large is enormous. The amounts we’re talking about would be a little bit of organic material, not sufficient to do any real dmaage. This is indeed excessive regulation, or more likely, simply regulatory interference ginned up by the powers that be. I’d advise them to go right ahead and dare them to cite them for it.
