		<description>I gotta say, that was the first time I heard Brownlee speak, and it wasn&#039;t bad.  However, with his comment that AG was the &quot;top prosecutor&quot; in Virginia --- it&#039;s not; the AG has virtually NO prosecutorial duties --- I would have had serious concerns had he been nominated.</description>
