Unlike Obama's recovery prediction, I liken our current situation to a mouse trap game that is fully assembled and the crank is turning. When no will, or no one has the money to buy our bonds, then the country will see a bona fide disaster take place. I ask my mom, who remembers cutting off sugar ration cards, how we got here. Her answer is until you have something taken away, you never truly value it. I hope in November we elect leaders who don't take our prosperity for granted and have the courage to cut spending before it is too late.

Very interesting indeed.
Remaining quistions for me are;
Yield? How much kgs each year and how stable is the yield in the years after the first growing season?
At what time can you harvest? I presume early.
Diseases; what resistance level is already shown?
Are there already varieties to test (under western European conditions)?

Can anyone help me with these quistions?

We sent money to them once before we looked them up on Charity Navigator and learned they are (essentially) a ripoff. Now they periodically send a letter to us claiming we made another pledge (which we didn't make).

Are there any regulating agencies that accept complaints about "fake" pledges?
