You know what Fredericksburg needs. A diner. And not just any old diner, a 24 hour diner that doesn’t charge $1.79 for a cup of coffee like the old diner did in Central Park. I want a diner where I can get a good steak and cheese sub at 11:30on a Monday night for under $10. Is that really too much to ask?
