The Sunday Status!

One more week has gone by and one more week where I have been way too busy to blog anything.

I know that this completely defeats the purpose of a weblog. But then Jonathan and I got to thinking over a handful of Cheerios and a sippy-cup of milk – why not just blog on Sundays? That way, it could be a “Jon and Shaun” weblog where we could write our thoughts after the hangover begins to wear off. We like the idea, so from now on, we’ll just report on our status on Sundays. Call it the “Sunday Status” or something (in the tradition of the Friday Five).

In the spirit of such, Jon has been sick most of the week with whatever Missy and I have been passing around to eachother the past month or so. As a result, Jon hasn’t been his normal self, although dancing and other entropic enterprises have still been the M.O. I am still in the process of rebuilding our fledgling GOP in Fredericksburg, and we seem to be off to a good start.

Otherwise, all is well. Jon is on my lap right now giving me tips on what to write and such. Actually, he’s just staring into the computer screen enjoying the MP3’s that we can’t play when mommy is at home (House of Pain, Dropkick Murphys and such). We rock – and you know it.
